Supplying Digital Artwork

Whilst we make every effort to make sure your job prints correctly, we cannot be held responsible for internal faults within the original document (some errors do not show up on hardcopy proof or screen).

We can accept artwork supplied in the following programmes:-

When supplying documents please remember to include:-
1. FONTS
For the job only, including any used in logos etc. as we may not have the same fonts.

2. IMAGES
All images used with the job.

3. PROOF COPY
Supply a proof where any artwork is sent to us - this helps ensure your job goes through correctly.

We supply proofs for you when we execute the artwork - but if you wish us to proof your own jobs before printing - then please state when ordering.

Please supply everything on a '1 up' basis - we use an advanced imposition programme to sort out page ordering for booklets etc.

Ensure bleed areas extend 3mm beyond the final page size.

Please check your document carefully, the most common faults are with colour choice and fonts.
